Invincible Entertainment Acquires YTA Broadcast Network

Invincible Entertainment Partners, a Philadelphia-based production and distribution company, has acquired YTA Broadcast Network (formerly Youtoo America) to expand its FAST and streaming footprint. The deal brings YTA's traditional broadcast and cable reach into Invincible's portfolio of 18 owned FAST channels and aims to broaden distribution and advertising opportunities; financial terms were not disclosed.

Yankee Global Enterprises and Partners Acquire YES Network from The Walt Disney Company

Yankee Global Enterprises, together with strategic partners Sinclair Broadcast Group and Amazon and financial investors RedBird Capital, Blackstone Tactical Opportunities and Mubadala Capital, purchased the 80% of the YES Network not already held by Yankee Global from The Walt Disney Company at a reported enterprise value of $3.47 billion. The consortium aims to expand distribution, strengthen the network's sports content capabilities and leverage partner expertise to grow YES across traditional and digital platforms.

IRIS.TV will continue to operate independently under its co-founders, and the deal is intended to expand Viant's CTV content identification and contextual targeting capabilities across premium publishers and ad platforms.

Genius Brands Acquires WOW! Unlimited Media
