Arc Acquires HR Technology and Education Technology Portfolios from LRP Media Group

The deal expands Arc's U.S. footprint and adds nine brands and an experienced team to Arc's portfolio; terms were not disclosed and the transaction was expected to close at the end of October 2022.

Arlington Capital Partners Acquires TEAM Technologies

Arlington plans to build on TEAM Tech’s vertically integrated manufacturing footprint and accelerate growth through organic investment and strategic add‑on M&A to strengthen healthcare supply chains and customer capabilities.

OpenTeams Acquires Quansight's AI Consulting Division
