(d/b/a JCA Technologies), a Winnipeg-based developer of autonomous software, electronic systems and implement controls for agricultural machinery. The acquisition strengthens AGCO's engineering and software development capabilities—particularly in path planning, sensor fusion and remote-control software—to accelerate delivery of highly automated and autonomous machines.

John Deere Acquires Sentera to Integrate Aerial Field Scouting
