ASG, a portfolio company of Alpine Investors, has acquired Visual Matrix, a Richardson, Texas-based hotel property management system (PMS) provider. The deal is ASG's 31st acquisition and its third in the hospitality technology vertical, expanding ASG's suite of integrated hospitality SaaS offerings and bringing Visual Matrix's cloud PMS (serving over 2,000 properties) into the ASG portfolio.
