Premier Radiology Services, a Grovecourt Capital Partners-backed teleradiology platform, has acquired MetisMD, a Chicago-based teleradiology provider with deep expertise in musculoskeletal imaging. The add-on expands Premier's subspecialty coverage and national reach, giving MetisMD access to Premier's administrative infrastructure, technology and broader clinical network; terms were not disclosed.

ASG (Alpine Investors) Acquires MediMatrix (formerly WebInterstate)

ASG, a portfolio company of Alpine Investors that builds vertical SaaS businesses, has acquired MediMatrix (formerly WebInterstate), a Minneapolis-based mobile healthcare software provider that streamlines order management, image sharing and billing for mobile radiology services. The deal (closed June 9, 2021) will keep founder Ken Kern active as CTO and install Marvel Myrtile as CEO; Generational Equity advised the seller. ASG said the acquisition expands its mission-critical healthcare software capabilities and supports continued organic growth and further acquisitions.

TTG Imaging Solutions Acquires Medical Imaging Technologies (MIT)

The deal expands TTG’s national footprint of field service engineers and broadens its diagnostic imaging and radiopharmaceutical offerings to MIT’s legacy customers.
