Horizon, a Newark, Delaware-based residential provider of heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical services with a ~1,400-employee team, will remain managed by founder Dave Geiger and management, and will use New Mountain's capital and resources to accelerate organic and acquisition-led growth.

Chekhub Acquires Horizonline Technologies

The deal will integrate Horizonline's CMMS functionality into the Chekhub platform and Horizonline CEO Darryl Rouse will join Chekhub's executive team; terms were not disclosed.
