Constantia Flexibles Acquires Majority Stake in Aluflexpack AG

Constantia Flexibles, a Vienna-based packaging manufacturer and portfolio company owned by an affiliate of One Rock Capital Partners, has acquired approximately 57% of Aluflexpack AG and completed a tender offer for the remaining publicly held shares. The deal, which buys the stake from Montana Tech Components AG and Xoris GmbH, will lead to a squeeze-out and delisting as Constantia integrates Aluflexpack to expand its packaging capabilities and sustainable product offering across food and pharmaceutical markets.
