HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, purchased five companies — Bennion Deville Homes; Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Alliance Real Estate and Alliance Title Group; Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida; Hegg Realtors; and Joe Moholland Moving — to expand its national footprint and add sales associates, transactions and closed sales volume. The deals add roughly 1,400 sales associates, 15,000 transactions and nearly $8 billion in closed sales volume, accelerating HomeServices' geographic expansion and support for a "customer-for-life" model.

The Hoffmann Family of Companies (HF Companies) has acquired two St. Louis-area transportation providers: Hazelwood-based JED Transportation and Corporate Transportation (St. Louis). The purchases expand HF Companies’ regional transportation services portfolio — adding luxury chauffeured, coach/charter and shuttle capabilities as part of a broader roll-up of transportation assets in the Midwest.

Hoffmann Family of Companies Acquires Olympus Limo

Hoffmann Family of Companies has acquired Olympus Limo, a Tampa Bay-based luxury ground transportation provider that serves individual travelers, corporate clients and large events across more than 350 cities. The deal adds Olympus to Hoffmann's Aviation & Transportation vertical (Hoffmann Transportation Group) and is intended to expand the firm's luxury transportation footprint and accelerate growth while preserving Olympus's service standards.

Angeles Equity Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Freymiller

Angeles Equity Partners, in partnership with KJM Capital, acquired a majority stake in OBS Holdings, LLC (d/b/a Freymiller), a temperature-controlled trucking and freight brokerage provider headquartered in Oklahoma City. The investors will partner with CEO David Freymiller to accelerate growth, pursue strategic M&A, and expand Freymiller's refrigerated transport and cold-chain logistics capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
