GigaCloud Technology Inc Acquires Noble House Home Furnishings LLC

GigaCloud Technology Inc. completed an asset acquisition of Noble House Home Furnishings LLC for approximately $85 million in cash. The deal adds more than 2.3 million square feet of warehouse capacity, inventory, brands and customer contracts to GigaCloud’s B2B marketplace, expanding its distribution, supply-chain and logistics capabilities and geographic sourcing into Canada and India.

Ashley Home (Ashley Global Retail) Acquires Resident Home (Nectar, DreamCloud)

The Resident co-founders Eric Hutchinson and Ran Reske will remain in their roles; the deal is intended to expand Ashley's presence in the mattress sector and broaden Resident's home furnishings assortment and global footprint.

Saatva Merges with Bedding Industries of America

Saatva has entered into a merger with Bedding Industries of America (BIA), bringing BIA’s manufacturing footprint and licensing portfolio under Saatva’s control to create greater end-to-end supply chain ownership. TZP Group will maintain its investment in Saatva; financial terms were not disclosed. The combination is intended to expand manufacturing capabilities, create operational efficiencies, and accelerate growth for Saatva’s DTC and showroom business.

Trademark Global Acquires Bolton Furniture

Trademark Global, a portfolio company of Bertram Capital, has acquired Bolton Furniture, Inc., an online seller of ready-to-assemble, flat-pack furniture. The deal is an add-on acquisition to Trademark's platform to expand its furniture category and leverage Bolton's supplier relationships and R&D; Bolton's leadership will remain with the combined organization. Terms were not disclosed.

Blackford Capital Acquires LTD Online Stores, Inc.

Blackford Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm, acquired LTD Online Stores, Inc., a San Diego-based patio furniture e-commerce business, wholesale distributor and retail showroom operator. The deal is the third add-on to Blackford's Patio Portfolio (joining Artificial Turf Supply and Starfire Direct) and is intended to expand the platform's high-end furniture offerings and diversify distribution channels.
