Genpact Acquires RAGE Frameworks

Genpact has acquired RAGE Frameworks, a Dedham, Massachusetts–based provider of knowledge-based AI and cognitive computing platforms for enterprise automation. The deal expands Genpact's AI capabilities and will allow it to take RAGE's platform to existing and new clients across financial services, insurance, CPG and other industries.

The acquisition is intended to expand Mobix Labs' RF and mmWave design and manufacturing capabilities, accelerate product development for 5G/mmWave and related markets, and immediately contribute to revenue and EPS; the deal is expected to close in May 2024.
