THI Investments has acquired a controlling stake in Oxford International Education Group from existing shareholders, including Bowmark Capital, with the founders and management reinvesting alongside THI. Simultaneously, Oxford International's schools division was sold to Nord Anglia Education; THI's investment will fund expansion of Oxford International's online OI Digital Institute, university partnerships and international growth.

Bain Capital Double Impact Acquires American College of Education from CIC Partners

CIC Partners has realized its investment in American College of Education (ACE) and sold the company to Bain Capital Double Impact, with the transaction completing in Q4 2025. ACE is an accredited online private college headquartered in Indianapolis that serves adult and professional learners across education, healthcare and business programs; financial terms were not disclosed.

ECI Partners Acquires Independent Governance Group (IGG)

ECI Partners has acquired Independent Governance Group (IGG), the UK provider of professional pensions trusteeship and governance services; LDC has exited its majority stake but has reinvested alongside ECI. Crescent Capital's European Specialty Lending strategy led the debt financing to support the transaction. IGG employs more than 200 people, serves 386 pension schemes with around £324bn of assets and will pursue further organic growth and acquisitions under ECI's ownership.

ACE Education Group Acquires EIDM

OMERS Private Equity Acquires 25% Stake in International Schools Partnership from Partners Group

OMERS Private Equity has agreed to acquire a 25% stake in International Schools Partnership (ISP) from Partners Group, valuing ISP at an enterprise value of EUR 1.9 billion. ISP is a global K-12 school group operating ~50 international schools across 15 countries and serving around 45,000 students; OMERS says the investment will support continued global expansion alongside ISP management and Partners Group.
