ACE Education Group Acquires EIDM

ACE Education Group, a portfolio company of Oakley Capital, has acquired EIDM, a Paris-based fashion business and styling school. The deal expands ACE's education verticals into fashion and luxury as part of Oakley and ACE's buy-and-build strategy, adding EIDM's rapidly growing enrolment and industry links to the platform.
