Pixid Group Acquires VectorVMS with Support from Keensight Capital

Pixid Group, the European SaaS provider of temporary workforce management solutions, has agreed to acquire VectorVMS, a Raleigh-based vendor management system (VMS) provider. The deal, supported by Pixid’s backer Keensight Capital, expands Pixid’s presence in the U.S. and the MSP/mid-market segments and creates a more comprehensive global extended workforce solution.
