Aéma Groupe completed the acquisition of Aviva France on 30 September 2021, bringing roughly 3 million policyholders and about 4,500 employees into the mutual group and establishing Aéma as a top-five insurer in France. The deal — sold by Aviva (Aviva plc) — furthers Aéma's strategy to scale its multi-brand, multi-network insurance and asset-management platform.

Groupe SEB Acquires Pacojet

Groupe SEB has acquired Pacojet, a Swiss family-owned maker of a signature professional culinary appliance based in Zug. The deal expands Groupe SEB’s professional product offering and brand presence in the foodservice market; Pacojet reported about €24 million in 2022 and roughly 40 employees. The acquisition complements Groupe SEB’s existing professional portfolio (coffee, crepe/waffle makers, juice extraction) and supports its growth ambitions in the professional segment.

Arrivia Acquires Bon Voyage Travel

Arrivia, a global travel loyalty and technology company, has acquired Bon Voyage Travel, a luxury-focused, advisor-led travel agency. The deal preserves Bon Voyage Travel's brand and leadership (President Ryan Hansen remains in place; founder Peter Evans will serve in an advisory role) and is intended to strengthen Arrivia's presence in the premium and luxury cruise market; financial terms were not disclosed.
