Cruise has acquired self-driving startup Voyage and will integrate Voyage's team, technology and operations to accelerate commercial deployment of autonomous, all‑electric robotaxi services. The deal brings Voyage's ~60-person team and its experience operating autonomous shuttles in retirement communities into Cruise to bolster its technical capabilities and customer-focused product execution.

Arrivia, a Scottsdale-based travel technology and loyalty platform, has completed a transaction transferring ownership to a consortium of international institutional investors led by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. The acquisition expands Inszone's benefits capabilities and presence in Michigan while Voyage Benefits will continue operating from its Grand Rapids location with access to Inszone's carrier relationships and resources.

Volaris Group Acquires AVENCALL

Volaris Group, a division of Constellation Software Inc., has acquired AVENCALL SAS, a Lyon-based provider of unified communications and contact center software (including the XiVO product). AVENCALL was previously a subsidiary of Wisper Group; Volaris said the acquisition will support AVENCALL’s growth in government administration and contact center markets.

American Express Global Business Travel Acquires Ovation Travel Group

American Express Global Business Travel (GBT) has acquired Ovation Travel Group, including its brands such as Lawyers Travel and Chartwell Travel. The deal brings Ovation's high-touch corporate and luxury travel services and ~700 employees into GBT, giving Ovation access to GBT's global reach, technology platform and products; terms were not disclosed.

Hornblower Group Acquires Journey Beyond
