Warren Equity Partners has acquired Obsequio Group from Beech Tree Private Equity, with financial terms not disclosed. Obsequio, a Leicester‑headquartered provider of fire safety, water hygiene, security, asbestos and environmental compliance services employing over 630 staff and generating over £70m in revenue, will remain led by founders Simon Abley and Simon Cashmore and is announcing two add‑on acquisitions — Atlas World (Belfast) and PLP Fire Protection (Chatham) — as part of the new investment.

Obsequio Group Acquires Premier Fire Security Limited

Protegis Fire & Safety, the Protegis platform backed by Align Capital Partners, completed two add-on acquisitions: Florida-based Metro Fire Protection Services, Inc. in February 2022 and Ohio-based PDS Systems, LLC in April 2022. The transactions expand Protegis' coverage and technical capabilities in key Florida and Ohio markets while retaining existing leadership from both businesses.
