UST has acquired MobileComm, a Dallas-based telecom engineering firm with over 1,300 employees, to strengthen its telecommunications practice and accelerate offerings in 5G, private cellular and Open RAN. The acquisition merges UST's cloud and devsecops capabilities with MobileComm's wireless engineering expertise to deliver enhanced solutions for Communications Service Providers and enterprise private network customers.
