USTC Corp, part of the ETC Group family, has acquired Multicom, a Florida-based manufacturer and full-line stocking distributor of telecom and technology products. The acquisition expands USTC's U.S. footprint (now 13 locations), strengthens its East Coast presence, and adds Multicom's product lines and Latin American customer relationships to the group's capabilities.

OneWeb Acquires TrustComm Inc.

OneWeb has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire TrustComm Inc., a Houston-based managed satellite communications and professional services provider, and will operate TrustComm as a newly acquired government-focused subsidiary. The acquisition is intended to enable OneWeb to offer its LEO network and connectivity services to U.S. government clients (including the DoD) and TrustComm customers; terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close in 2021.

USTC Corp Acquires Comstar Supply

Sterlite Technologies (STL) Acquires Clearcomm Group Ltd

Sterlite Technologies Limited (STL) has agreed to acquire 100% of UK-based network integrator Clearcomm Group Ltd in a two-tranche deal (80% up front, remaining 20% in 2023) based on an enterprise value of £15.5 million for the initial tranche. The acquisition (Clearcomm reported ~£20m revenue and strong recent growth) expands STL's network integration capabilities and strengthens its presence across the UK and Europe, complementing STL's optical connectivity and data-centre interconnect offerings.
