MITAR Private Capital Acquires Micromatic LLC from Forest Hill Partners

MITAR Private Capital, an Indianapolis-based private equity firm, has acquired Micromatic LLC, a Berne, Indiana manufacturer of rotary vane actuators, waste tippers and automation assembly systems, from Forest Hill Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed; Forest Hill Partners had owned Micromatic since 2005 and nearly tripled its revenues and earnings during its 19-year ownership.
