AVALT and VantEdge formed Wall Works Holdings, a platform to partner with regional specialty contractors in the finishing trades, and announced the acquisition of Optimum Building Systems as the platform's second regional hub. Optimum, founded in 1990 and headquartered in Litchfield, New Hampshire, provides drywall, acoustic ceiling tile, waterproofing and exterior cladding installation services to general contractors across northern New England; terms were not disclosed.
