The deal expands Foundation's Central Texas footprint along the I-45 corridor and retains Stacy Dodd in a leadership role; Freestone's operations include franchised Ford, Chevrolet and Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM dealerships and The Service Truck Depot.
