Foundation Automotive Corp. has purchased Crossroads Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Liberty, Texas, adding the store as the group's 17th dealership in Texas and its 8th Stellantis franchise in the United States. The dealers were sold by owners Bruce Glascock, Alfred Flores, Chris Godwin and Marc Wagoner as Foundation expands its Texas footprint and Stellantis brand presence.

Deep Isolation, a Berkeley-based developer of deep-borehole nuclear waste storage and disposal technology, has acquired Freestone Environmental Services, a Richland, Washington environmental and water-resources consulting firm. The acquisition brings Freestone's team of roughly 25 scientists and engineers and strengthens Deep Isolation's environmental investigation, regulatory planning, and remediation capabilities—particularly experience on the U.S. Department of Energy's Hanford project.
