Bertram Capital has invested in Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG), a Tampa-based provider of commercial and industrial perimeter protection solutions including permanent and rental fencing, automated gates, and access control services. The transaction, disclosed as Bertram’s second platform investment from its fifth flagship fund, will support PSG’s geographic expansion across the Southern U.S. and growth through organic and inorganic initiatives; terms were not disclosed.

Check Point Software Technologies Acquires Perimeter 81

Check Point Software Technologies has agreed to acquire SASE/SSE vendor Perimeter 81 for approximately $490 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. The acquisition adds Perimeter 81’s Zero Trust and cloud-native secure access capabilities to Check Point Infinity to accelerate Check Point’s SASE/SSE offering and support hybrid and remote work customers.
