RPM's Fibergrate Acquires Bison Innovative Products

RPM International’s Fibergrate Composite Structures business has acquired Bison Innovative Products, a Denver-based manufacturer of raised flooring and rooftop deck pedestal systems with approximately $26 million in annual sales. Bison will be integrated into Fibergrate to expand product capabilities and distribution across North America; the transaction is expected to be accretive to RPM’s earnings within one year and Bison’s management will remain in place.

TPC Training Acquires Simutech Multimedia

TransPerfect Acquires MPC and The Mill Studios from Technicolor Group

TransPerfect has acquired two France-based Technicolor Group studios — MPC (MPC Paris) and The Mill (Paris studio) — adding post-production, visual effects and creative content capabilities to TransPerfect Media. Financial terms were not disclosed; both studio leadership teams will remain in place and the brands will continue to be used as divisions of TransPerfect Media.

CMP Group Acquires MarineTech Products

CMP Group Ltd, an Ironbridge portfolio company headquartered in Delta, British Columbia, has acquired MarineTech Products, Inc., a marine-products manufacturer based in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. The deal expands CMP's U.S. presence and broadens its recreational marine product portfolio; founder and owner Larry Grundtner will remain with the combined business to support the transition.

TechnipFMC Acquires Magma Global

TechnipFMC has completed the acquisition of the outstanding shares of Magma Global, a developer and manufacturer of thermoplastic composite pipe (PEEK TCP) for subsea and energy-transition applications. The deal brings Magma's composite pipe technology into TechnipFMC's portfolio to accelerate deployments in traditional oil & gas, CCUS and hydrogen transport, and to commercialize hybrid flexible pipe solutions.

American Safety Council Acquires TPC Training

The combination brings together ASC's content and direct-to-professional marketing with TPC's EHS software, LMS and industrial safety training capabilities to form a broader safety training and compliance platform; terms were not disclosed.
