TIBCO Software Acquires Information Builders (ibi)

TIBCO Software Inc. has completed its acquisition of Information Builders, Inc. (ibi), adding ibi’s data management and analytics capabilities — including the WebFOCUS platform — to TIBCO’s Connected Intelligence portfolio. The deal, announced in October 2020 and closed in early January 2021, is intended to broaden TIBCO’s analytics and data integration offerings and accelerate customers' data-driven transformation.
