SAP SE has acquired the intellectual property of SwoopTalent in an asset acquisition to embed SwoopTalent's talent data intelligence and machine learning technology into SAP SuccessFactors. Several SwoopTalent engineering employees will join SAP; financial terms were not disclosed.

Accenture Acquires End-to-End Analytics

The deal adds a unified analytics data fabric (Apache Spark-compatible) to TIBCO’s offerings, improving performance for streaming, transactional and interactive analytics across multiple industries.
