Funds advised by Apax (the Apax Funds) have agreed to acquire Infogain from ChrysCapital. Infogain, a Los Gatos-based digital transformation and software services provider with ~5,000 employees, will partner with Apax to accelerate growth, expand capabilities and pursue strategic acquisitions.
