Financial terms were not disclosed; the deal folds Grow’s data integrations, warehousing and visualization tools into Epicor’s enterprise software portfolio to help customers generate actionable insights in real time.

GrowerIQ Acquires Ample Organics from Akerna

Toronto-based GrowerIQ has acquired fellow cannabis software provider Ample Organics from U.S.-based Akerna in an all-cash deal that closed in December; financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition brings Ample's seven employees onto GrowerIQ's ~25-person team and combines two seed-to-sale ERP platforms to create what GrowerIQ calls the largest cannabis tech platform in Canada (and a stronger position in Europe).

Inverness Graham-backed Alliant Acquires AnalyticsIQ

The deal (terms undisclosed) brings AnalyticsIQ's audience modeling and cognitive-psychology-driven data into Alliant's transactional audience graph and names AnalyticsIQ CEO Scarlett Shipp as CEO of the combined business.
