ThinkBio.Ai, a San Francisco-based digital biology and AI platforms company, has acquired UK-based InfoHealth Solutions, a provider of hospital asset management software that supports 19 NHS Trusts with over 30 installations. InfoHealth will retain its brand as a ThinkBio.Ai company and the acquisition aims to combine ThinkBio's AI capabilities with InfoHealth's NHS expertise to improve asset reliability, predictive maintenance, and operational resilience across UK hospitals.

iCapital Network Acquires AI Insight

H.I.G. Europe Acquires Controlling Stake in Project Informatica

The investment will support the company's next phase of growth (organic and inorganic), while founder Alberto Ghisleni will reinvest and remain CEO; Project Informatica reported revenues above €130 million and about 230 employees.
