Experian has acquired Audigent, a data activation and identity platform, to enhance its marketing data and identity capabilities by adding Audigent's first-party publisher data and sell-side distribution. The deal expands Experian's addressability and audience-targeting tools, building on prior integrations such as Tapad and joint products like SmartPMP and Contextually-Indexed Audiences.

Experian Acquires NeuroID

Experian has acquired NeuroID, a behavioral analytics company that provides real-time digital behavioral signals to detect bots and sophisticated fraud. NeuroID's technology will be integrated into Experian's Ascend platform (CrossCore) to strengthen its identity verification and fraud-detection capabilities across industries like financial services, healthcare and e-commerce.

ID5 Acquires TrueData

ID5 has acquired TrueData, a US-based identity graph company, and the combined company will operate under the ID5 brand. The deal integrates TrueData’s identity graph with ID5’s Adaptive Identity technology to create a privacy-first, global identity solution for advertisers, publishers and data partners; TrueData executives Scott Conine and Jon Durkee will join ID5’s leadership team. The merged organization will operate with roughly 80 employees across North America, Europe and Asia and significantly strengthens ID5’s presence in the US market.

SAP Acquires Askdata

YipitData Acquires Edison (Edison Mail & OnMail)
