J.F. Lehman & Company Acquires ENTACT

J.F. Lehman & Company (via an investment affiliate) has acquired ENTACT, LLC, a national provider of environmental remediation and geotechnical services headquartered in Westmont, Illinois. ENTACT's management will remain meaningful shareholders and the company — which employs ~600 people — will join JFLCO's portfolio to support further growth and capability expansion in environmental and technical services.

ENTACT Acquires USA Environment

ENTACT, a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Company, has completed the acquisition of USA Environment, LP, an environmental remediation and industrial services provider headquartered in Deer Park, Texas. The add-on expands ENTACT's remediation capabilities (including RAD/NORM services), broadens its geographic footprint and customer base across North America, and brings over 200 employees into the platform.

Quality Environmental Services Acquires Lakeshore Environmental Contractors (LEC)

Quality Environmental Services, a Caymus Equity-backed environmental remediation platform, has acquired Lakeshore Environmental Contractors (LEC), an Alabama-based remediation and abatement specialist. The deal — announced effective February 23, 2024 — is Quality's first add-on since Caymus Equity's majority investment and doubles the platform's scale while expanding its geographic footprint and capabilities across the Gulf Coast and Southeast.

Terracon Acquires Harbor Environmental, Inc.

Terracon, an employee-owned engineering consulting firm headquartered in Olathe, Kansas, has acquired Harbor Environmental, Inc., a multi-disciplined environmental and engineering services firm based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Harbor's 38 employees will join Terracon as Harbor Environmental, A Terracon Company, expanding Terracon's capabilities and local presence in Arkansas.

Encore Dredging Partners Acquires Inland Dredging Company

Encore Dredging Partners LLC (EDP), backed by Austin-based private equity firm AV Capital, has acquired Inland Dredging Company LLC. The deal brings Inland's three 24-inch cutter suction dredges and Dyersburg, Tennessee-based team into EDP's platform as it pursues geographic expansion and capability enhancement across U.S. navigable waterways; Inland's existing management will remain in place.

Jones Lake Management Acquires Water & Wetland
