ENTACT Acquires USA Environment

ENTACT, a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Company, has completed the acquisition of USA Environment, LP, an environmental remediation and industrial services provider headquartered in Deer Park, Texas. The add-on expands ENTACT's remediation capabilities (including RAD/NORM services), broadens its geographic footprint and customer base across North America, and brings over 200 employees into the platform.

ENTACT Acquires White Lake Dock & Dredge

ENTACT, a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Company, has completed the acquisition of White Lake Dock & Dredge, a specialist in environmental dredging, sediment capping, and marine construction. The deal is an add-on to ENTACT's remediation platform intended to expand its sediment remediation capabilities and better serve public- and private-sector clients across the United States.

J.F. Lehman & Company Acquires Atomic Transport

J.F. Lehman & Company (through an investment affiliate) has acquired Atomic Transport, a Chattanooga-based specialized waste transport and transfer station management company. Comvest Partners (Comvest Credit Opportunities) sold its stake in Atomic; Atomic founders and management rolled equity and will continue to lead the business as JFLCO supports growth initiatives across the company's 30 terminals in 19 states.

J.F. Lehman & Company Acquires Tradewater and Reclamation Technologies USA to Establish Environmental Services Platform

An investment affiliate of J.F. Lehman & Company (JFLCO) has acquired majority stakes in Reclamation Technologies USA (RTI) and Tradewater LLC & Affiliates to form a new growth-oriented environmental services platform focused on lifecycle management of industrial and refrigerant gases and methane mitigation. The combined business will offer closed-loop services including collection, reclamation, destruction and gas sales, and will pursue organic and acquisitive growth under a management team led by Jeff Laborsky and Katelyn Imrie.

J.F. Lehman & Company Acquires Integrated Global Services

J.F. Lehman & Company (through an investment affiliate) acquired Integrated Global Services (IGS), a Richmond, Virginia–based provider of engineered surface protection and metal cladding solutions, in a transaction that closed February 4, 2020. The deal — the first platform investment for JFLCO's JFL Equity Investors V fund — was financed in part with debt from Benefit Street Partners and involved selling shareholders including Industrial Growth Partners.

EIS Holdings Acquires Environmental Technology, Inc.

EIS Holdings, LLC (EIS) has acquired Environmental Technology, Inc. (EN TECH), a Phoenix-based environmental consulting and remediation firm. The acquisition expands EIS's remediation and environmental services footprint into Arizona and the broader southwestern U.S., adding EN TECH's capabilities in UST services, hydrogeological studies, PFAS work, and remediation.
