MXD Process Acquires Heritage Equipment Company

MXD Process has acquired Heritage Equipment Company and its wholly owned subsidiary BCast Stainless Products, integrating Heritage’s 40+ years of process equipment experience and manufacturing capabilities into MXD’s operations. The acquisition expands MXD’s production capacity and product offering for dairy, beverage and industrial fluid processing markets; Heritage will continue to operate from its Plain City, Ohio facility and its brands will be maintained in the near term.

DXP Enterprises Acquires Sullivan Environmental Technologies

DXP Enterprises, Inc. completed the acquisition of Sullivan Environmental Technologies, a distributor and manufacturers' representative of pumps, valves, controls and process equipment serving municipal and industrial water/wastewater customers in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Financial terms were not disclosed; Sullivan reported approximately $4.4 million of sales and $1.6 million of adjusted EBITDA for the twelve months ending July 31, 2022. The deal expands DXP's water and wastewater capabilities and is the company's fourth acquisition in 2022 (eleventh since Q4 2020).

DXP Enterprises Acquires Riordan Materials and Florida Valve & Environmental MD

DXP Enterprises (NASDAQ: DXPE) completed the acquisitions of Riordan Materials Corporation and Florida Valve & Equipment Corp. / Environmental MD, expanding its DXP Water platform. The deals were funded with cash on the balance sheet and add new geographic territory (Riordan) and enhanced product capabilities (Florida Valve) to DXP's municipal and industrial water offerings.

KKR and XPV Water Partners' Platform Acquires Environmental Dynamics International (EDI)

KKR and XPV Water Partners' water-quality platform has acquired Environmental Dynamics International (EDI) and will integrate EDI into platform company Nexom to expand nutrient-management and aeration capabilities. EDI, a Columbia, Missouri–based manufacturer of diffused aeration systems founded in 1975, will combine with Nexom under Nexom CEO Martin Hildebrand to broaden the platform's municipal and industrial wastewater offerings.

Deep Blue Midland Basin LLC Acquires Environmental Disposal Systems, LLC from Diamondback Energy

Deep Blue Midland Basin LLC, the Midland Basin water-infrastructure platform backed by Five Point and Diamondback, agreed to acquire Environmental Disposal Systems, LLC from Diamondback Energy. The transaction (valued at $750 million) nearly doubles Deep Blue's scale, secures a 15-year dedication from Diamondback, and is expected to unlock operational and commercial synergies across the integrated produced-water system.

Miller Environmental Group Acquires AB Environmental

The add-on expands MEG's East Coast footprint and waste-processing capabilities by adding AB's New York Department of Environmental Conservation-permitted TSDF and regional operations.
