LIAN Group Launches Vitaura and Acquires Medicina Estetica Zazzaron

LIAN Group has launched Vitaura, a buy-and-build consolidation platform for aesthetic medicine, surgery and longevity clinics in Italy, and announced Vitaura's first acquisition of Medicina Estetica Zazzaron (two locations in Veneto). The platform will retain clinical autonomy for acquired clinics, with Dr. Michela Zazzaron remaining in charge of the clinic; LIAN plans additional acquisitions (two near-term deals plus eight more over 36 months) to expand Vitaura nationwide.
