Caseproof, the developer of the MemberPress WordPress plugin, acquired enterprise-level membership plugin MemberMouse on Jan. 23, 2023. MemberMouse will remain a separate product while joining the Awesome Motive Growth Accelerator led by Syed Balkhi as Caseproof expands into the enterprise online membership market.

The acquisition transfers stewardship of the products and team to Awesome Motive so Sandhills founder Pippin Williamson can step away from WordPress and focus on conservation efforts.
