Automattic Acquires Prospress (Developer of WooCommerce Subscriptions)

Prospress’s distributed team will join Automattic’s WooCommerce group; no financial terms were disclosed.

MyCase Acquires Docketwise

The deal is an add-on to MyCase (a portfolio company of Apax Partners) intended to accelerate product development, expand MyCase's immigration customer base, and enable deeper integrations between the two platforms.

Torpago Acquires Wishlife Technologies

FinTech spend management platform Torpago has acquired Wishlife Technologies (owned by Innovative Technology Group) in an all-stock deal to integrate Wishlife’s secure video communications and content management technology and engineering team. The acquisition brings Wishlife’s CTO Lei Wang into Torpago and aims to accelerate Torpago’s product roadmap and technology capabilities as the company expands following a recent $77 million financing package.
