Continuant, a Tacoma-based managed services and unified communications provider, has acquired Fidelus Technologies, a Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) and enterprise networking managed services firm headquartered in New Jersey. The deal (closed June 1, 2025) expands Continuant’s capabilities across Cisco, Microsoft, and Zoom platforms and strengthens its East Coast service footprint; terms were not disclosed.

Honeywell Acquires Majority Stake in Fiplex Communications

Honeywell has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Fiplex Communications, a Miami-based maker of in-building wireless systems (BDAs and Fiber DAS) used for public-safety radio coverage. The deal will expand Honeywell Building Technologies' in-building connectivity and life-safety offerings; terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.

Triton Combines Assemblin and Caverion to Form Assemblin Caverion Group

Triton is combining its portfolio companies Assemblin and Caverion into the newly formed Assemblin Caverion Group, creating a leading Northern European technical service and installation business. The combined group will be incorporated in Sweden, operate across around ten countries, generate roughly EUR 3.8 billion (SEK 43.5 billion) in annual turnover and employ about 21,900 people; leadership will be drawn from both businesses with Assemblin CEO Mats Johansson as Group CEO.

Asolvi Acquires Foxtag GmbH

Asolvi, the European field service management (FSM) software platform backed by Volpi Capital, has acquired Hamburg-based Foxtag GmbH to strengthen its fire and security offering and expand its presence in the German and wider European market. The cloud-native Foxtag platform — founded in 2015 and serving over 600 customers in Germany — will be integrated into Asolvi's portfolio to deepen product capabilities and accelerate feature development.

Fenix Parts Acquires Fox Auto Parts

Fenix Parent LLC (operating as Fenix Parts) has completed the acquisition of the assets of Fox Auto Parts in Belleville, Michigan, expanding Fenix's Midwest footprint and bringing its network to 23 full-service and 5 self-service locations. Bill and Bob Fox will join Fenix's leadership team, and the deal increases Fenix's production and distribution capacity in the Detroit, Ann Arbor and Northern Ohio markets.

ABAX (Investcorp) Acquires Automile

Investcorp-backed ABAX has acquired Automile, a Nordic telematics and IoT fleet-management provider, to strengthen ABAX’s telematics platform and scale its global footprint. The deal combines complementary telematics portfolios to create one of Europe’s largest telematics players by subscriptions and expands ABAX’s capability and geographic coverage.
