Honeywell Acquires Performix Inc.

Honeywell has acquired Performix Inc., a Houston-based provider of manufacturing execution system (MES) software for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. The deal expands Honeywell's life sciences software portfolio—integrating Performix's MES with Honeywell's existing process automation and quality management offerings to strengthen digital automation and compliance capabilities for pharmaceutical manufacturers. Terms were not disclosed.

Assemblin Acquires Fidelix

Assemblin, a Triton IV portfolio company, has signed an agreement to acquire Fidelix Holding Oy and its subsidiaries to strengthen Assemblin's building automation capabilities and expand its position in the Finnish market. Fidelix, founded in 2002, is a Nordic building-automation manufacturer and service provider with annual sales above SEK 540 million and approximately 360 employees. The transaction is subject to competition authority approval.

PairSoft Acquires Webiplex

PairSoft, a Miami-based procure-to-pay platform, has acquired Webiplex, the provider of DocuPeak, a cloud-based business process automation and document management solution. The deal expands PairSoft’s AP automation and document management capabilities—notably adding seamless NetSuite integration—and brings the Webiplex team into PairSoft to accelerate product and market coverage.

Branford Castle Partners Acquires Fibrix Filtration

Branford Castle Partners has acquired Fibrix Filtration, a Charlotte-based manufacturer of high-loft and pleat media air filtration products, in a majority-control buyout that closed on August 13. Financing included senior debt from Byline Sponsor Finance and subordinated debt and an equity co-investment from Brookside Mezzanine Partners; Fibrix CEO Keith White remains in leadership and participated in the transaction.

Meriplex Acquires F1 Solutions

The acquisition expands Meriplex’s cybersecurity and government compliance capabilities (including CMMC expertise) and extends its presence in North Alabama.

Nokia Acquires Fenix Group

Nokia has acquired North American tactical communications specialist Fenix Group from Enlightenment Capital to strengthen its defense and private wireless offerings. Fenix — maker of the Banshee and Talon tactical 3GPP products — will help Nokia expand capabilities for mission-critical, low-latency military communications and accelerate its U.S. defense strategy.
