iCapital has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Mirador, a provider of investment data aggregation and consolidated financial reporting for wealth managers, family offices, endowments, and foundations. The acquisition expands iCapital's data management and reporting capabilities; over 180 Mirador employees are expected to join iCapital. Terms were not disclosed.

Citrus Health Group, together with private investment firm NaviMed Capital, has acquired The Curry Rockefeller Group (CRG), a full-service medical/scientific communications agency based in Tarrytown, New York. CRG's leadership will join the Citrus management team (Jeff Keller named President, Scientific Communications; founders Mike Curry and Chuck Rockefeller to serve as senior advisors) as the agency is integrated into Citrus's healthcare communications platform.

Veritas Capital Acquires Coronis Health and MiraMed Global Services to Create Scaled RCM Platform

An affiliate of Veritas Capital acquired Coronis Health from 424 Capital and other minority shareholders and acquired MiraMed Global Services from the Mira family, combining the two companies into a single, scaled revenue cycle management (RCM) platform. The combined business, led by Coronis CEO Stephen Grubbs with MiraMed founder Tony Mira as Vice Chairman, will provide end-to-end, technology-enabled RCM solutions across multiple specialties and employ over 8,500 people globally.

Mirion Technologies Acquires Computerized Imaging Reference Systems (CIRS)

Mirion Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: MIR) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Computerized Imaging Reference Systems, Inc. (CIRS), a Norfolk, Virginia–based maker of medical imaging and radiation therapy phantoms. CIRS (≈80 employees) will be integrated into Mirion's Medical segment; the transaction is expected to close in Q4 2021 for approximately $54 million and is intended to expand Mirion's medical product and services capabilities and drive margin synergies.
