The deal brings Mirador’s launch planning, market access, and commercial strategy expertise into Citrus’s service offering; founder Chuck Peipher will join Citrus’s executive leadership as Chief Strategy Officer while remaining CEO of Mirador Global.

iCapital Network Acquires AI Insight

iCapital Network has agreed to acquire the assets of AI Insight, Inc., an education and compliance platform that provides fund-specific research, training and credentialing for financial advisors focused on alternative investments. As part of the transaction, AI Insight’s executives Sherri Cooke and Jennifer Simon and eight additional employees are expected to join iCapital to integrate AI Insight’s learning management system into iCapital’s advisor-facing alternative investment platform.

iCapital Network Acquires Axio Financial

iCapital Acquires SIMON Markets

Arlington Capital Partners Acquires Integrated Data Services

Arlington Capital Partners, a Washington, DC-based private equity firm, has acquired Integrated Data Services (IDS), a federal software provider headquartered in El Segundo, California. IDS co-founders Jerome Murray and James Truhe retained a minority stake; IDS employs over 275 people and provides the CCaR program portfolio management software to Department of Defense and civilian federal customers.

CI Financial Acquires Coriel Capital

CI Financial Corp. agreed to acquire Coriel Capital Inc., a Montreal-based wealth manager that serves ultra-high-net-worth families and manages approximately $1.3 billion in client assets. The acquisition expands CI's presence in the ultra-high-net-worth market and complements its CI Private Wealth and Northwood Family Office businesses; the deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
