The Recreational Group, a portfolio company of Eagle Merchant Partners, has acquired Engineered Turf Inc., a Dalton, Georgia-based manufacturer of synthetic turf used in residential, commercial, sports and putting-green applications. The deal is an add-on acquisition intended to vertically integrate synthetic grass production (from fiber through tufting to installation), expand RG’s product offering and strengthen supply-chain and marketing capabilities.
