The acquisition strengthens SilverEdge's digital and hardware engineering capabilities to support U.S. Defense and Intelligence community customers; terms were not disclosed.

The deal adds more than 100 cleared technical and mission support staff to SilverEdge’s team (bringing the platform's cleared workforce to ~450) and strengthens its mission-focused offerings to the U.S. Intelligence Community and select Department of Defense customers.
