Crimson Phoenix, a Godspeed Capital-backed intelligence and data platform, has acquired Virginia-based Blackspoke, an intelligence solutions provider specializing in geospatial solutions, software development and enterprise technology. The deal brings nearly 100 cleared employees and seven prime contracts (including work with NGA and NRO) into the Crimson Phoenix platform as part of its buy-and-build strategy.

Financial terms were not disclosed; NPG CEO Ron Kattas and other management will retain meaningful ownership while Godspeed partners to build NPG into a mission-technology platform and expand its offerings.
