Main Street Capital Corporation fully exited its investments in NRI Clinical Research, LLC (sold to sponsor-backed Velocity Clinical Research) and realized additional gains on the sale of its remaining equity interest in SambaSafety following Stone Point Capital's acquisition. Main Street reported realized gains of approximately $8.8 million on NRI and $4.5 million on SambaSafety as part of these portfolio exits.

SambaSafety Acquires Instructional Technologies, Inc.

(ITI), a Vancouver, Washington-based provider of online driver training and an LMS, to integrate ITI's training content and Sentix LMS into SambaSafety's Qorta continuous driver monitoring platform. The deal adds online training and automated assignment capability to SambaSafety's risk-management offering, enabling customers to close the safety loop with training tied to observed driver behavior.

SecurityBridge Acquires CyberSafe
