Founder Simon Ru and UpNest's 50+ person team will join Move, Inc.; terms were not disclosed. The acquisition advances Realtor.com's seller-focused offerings and expands its agent-referral capabilities.

eXp World Holdings Acquires Zoocasa Realty Inc.

(Nasdaq: EXPI) has acquired Toronto-based Zoocasa Realty Inc. and its Zoocasa.com property to strengthen eXp Realty's online lead generation, home-search and listings portal capabilities. The acquisition (expected to close in July 2022 and completed July 14, 2022) brings Zoocasa's technology, market insights and roughly 150 in-house agents into eXp's cloud-based brokerage ecosystem.

emBlue Acquires Denver-based Zenman

(through its Delaware subsidiary RevenueZen LLC) acquired substantially all assets of RevenueZen LLC for a total purchase price of $1,105,000, paid in cash, preferred shares and a secured promissory note. RevenueZen is a B2B marketing agency (SEO, content and LinkedIn marketing) based in Portland, Oregon; Onfolio said the acquisition brings an experienced team onboard and positions the business for organic growth and further acquisitions.

Yardi Acquires 42Floors.com

Yardi acquired and redesigned 42Floors.com, a commercial real‑estate listing and search platform, and integrated it into its CommercialEdge marketplace network. The move brings more than 320,000 nationwide listings into Yardi’s CommercialEdge ecosystem to expand listings, drive leads and enhance its CRE data and marketing capabilities. The site was purchased from Roni Mova of United Group.
