FINSIGHT Acquires Credit Flow Research

FINSIGHT, a provider of institutional capital markets technology and market data, has acquired Credit Flow Research (CFR), a specialist provider of new-issue research and real-time pricing data for the US investment grade and high-yield corporate bond markets. The deal expands FINSIGHT's API and new-issue monitoring capabilities and adds commentary, deal-flow analysis, and historical pricing to better serve issuers, institutional investors and broker-dealers.
