Diskover, a provider of metadata-driven unstructured data tooling, has acquired data intelligence and orchestration platform CloudSoda and closed a $7.5 million seed round featuring investments from Snowflake Ventures, NetApp, Park Partners, and The Hive. The deal (terms undisclosed) and new partnerships with Snowflake and NetApp aim to strengthen Diskover's usability, natural-language AI capabilities, and integrations for enterprise AI data pipelines.
