Transplace has acquired ScanData Systems, an Austin-based provider of enterprise parcel transportation management solutions, integrating ScanData's parcel TMS into Transplace's transportation management and logistics platform. The acquisition expands Transplace's parcel and eCommerce capabilities, enabling customers to optimize carrier selection, labeling, tracking and invoice reconciliation across high-volume parcel shippers.
