Netrics Acquires Majority Stake in GARAIO AG

Netrics, the BU-backed cloud and modern workplace platform, has acquired a majority stake in Swiss-based GARAIO AG, a provider of consulting services and customized software solutions. The add-on strengthens Netrics' capabilities in digitalization, modern workplace, cloud services and AI, and brings GARAIO's ~70 experts and sites in Bern, Zurich (Switzerland) and Sofia (Bulgaria) into the platform.

Nomios Group Acquires Majority Stake in Aditinet

Nomios Group has acquired a majority stake in Aditinet, a leading Italian cybersecurity systems integrator and professional services firm. The deal expands Nomios' presence in Southern Europe, adds capabilities such as ethical hacking and SOC services, and increases the combined group's revenue to roughly EUR 400M with a consolidated headcount of over 600.

NTT DATA Services Acquires Acorio

NTT DATA Services has entered an agreement to acquire Acorio LLC, the world’s largest pure-play ServiceNow consultancy, to expand its ServiceNow capabilities, industry solutions and global delivery. Acorio — headquartered in Boston with roughly 250 employees — will join NTT DATA to provide greater scale across ServiceNow strategy, implementation, and managed operations for enterprise clients.

L Squared Capital Partners Acquires SUCCESS Computer Consulting, Expanding Netrio MSP Platform

Axonius Acquires Cynerio

Axonius has acquired Cynerio, a specialist in medical-device and healthcare IoT security, to accelerate the company's expansion into the healthcare market. Deal terms were reported at about $180 million (potentially rising to $250 million on milestones), while Axonius' announcement described the transaction as "more than $100 million" in a cash-and-stock deal.

Nasdaq, Inc. Acquires Metrio

Nasdaq, Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire Metrio, a Montreal-based provider of ESG data collection, analytics and sustainability reporting software. The acquisition will integrate Metrio's SaaS platform into Nasdaq's suite of IR and ESG services to strengthen its sustainability reporting and analytics capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.
