Brainlab has acquired VisionTree Software, Inc., a San Diego–based provider of cloud-based patient-reported outcomes (ePRO) and patient data management solutions. The acquisition adds VisionTree's VTOC platform, EHR integrations and patient engagement capabilities to Brainlab's cloud infrastructure and clinical registries to enhance outcome measurement and automate patient data collection.

DaySmart Software Acquires Vetter Software

DaySmart Software has acquired Redwood City-based Vetter Software, a provider of cloud-based veterinary practice management software that serves approximately 1,400 veterinary practices. The Vetter team, including founder Sagi Solomon, will join DaySmart as full-time employees as DaySmart expands its pet services platform and product capabilities for veterinarians, groomers and kennel facilities.
