Aztec Software, a NexPhase-backed educational software company, has acquired Financial Fitness Group (FFG) and will combine FFG with its iGrad (Enrich) financial literacy brand. The deal expands iGrad's library with hundreds of FINRA‑reviewed financial content pieces and illustrations, strengthening Aztec's financial wellness and advisor-facing offerings.
