ZEMA Global Data Corporation (formerly ZE PowerGroup) received a significant growth equity investment from FTV Capital to accelerate global expansion, product development and customer support. As part of the transaction Andrea Remyn Stone was named CEO, founder Dr. Zak El‑Ramly moved to chairman, and several FTV representatives joined ZEMA's board; financial terms were not disclosed.
